A powered lift is used to raise the wheelchair/scooter from the ground, requiring manual rotation to set in vehicle's trunk. The lift requires wiring to your vehicle battery, and is bolted to the floor of the vehicle. Installes on either side of the vehicle or van side doors. Can disassemble into three parts for trunk applications.
